How can i use a proxy for the IRC?
Fuckers banned me from a channel and I could not even wrote "Fuck every last one of you"... So, how can I hide behind a proxy and rejoin the channel?
Any help is appreciated |
Get on the server. Now type in all the flood commands you know and direct them towards the pricks that were behind banning you. :1orglaugh

I've not done this myself -- but I'm guessing you will need a very special sort of proxy server -- probably if you do a search in Google and you spend a long time reading you can figure out how to do it -- I think a lot of the IRC servers now are port scanning your system to see if you are using a proxy server... maybe find an IRC server that doesn't do port scanning? This is of course assuming you know how to find a useful proxy server and you know how to use it with IRC -- I don't know shit about IRC but I'm sure if you keep looking you can find a solution ;)

Buy a shell and bounce off it.
There are a few free shells that will allow you to bounce off them. Here's a short listing of free shells: http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/A...s/Free_Shells/ After you've picked up a shell, use a bouncer to bounce off. Here's a tutorial on how to do it: http://old.shellreview.com/Articles/..._bouncer.shtml Hope that helped :) Dreamman |
first you need the proxy server, then go into options in mirc and click on firewall and put the server in. its usually on port 1080.
