Cold cures?
 

Got a stinker of a cold and need to get rid of it if i can before monday morning.......flying to thailand.


Anything reasonable i can take to help it go?

drinking tons of pure orange juice already

Get a good, real, homemade chicken soup into you, heavy on the pepper.

cold eaze or however they spell eaze.
Also zinc tablets.

BTW orange juice = schmorange juice.
if it's not real (home squeezed) you're better off just popping some vitamin C tablets.

take this everyday mixed with a packet of Emergen-C and some water and you will NEVER be sick again

just take a lot of water or eat fruits rich in vitamin C. Take some full time to rest...that would help you a lot.

echanacea (sp?) - you can get it at healt food stores... try it, works wonders. Hope you feel better :thumbsup

Heat up some Grand Mariner (sp?) At least you will be feeling a bit better! :thumbsup

Take paracetamol with you on the trip.

Have a nice trip hope you get rid of the cold before you leave :)

I don't know any cure about that man, just have a safe trip.
