Damn it was so good.. And cheaper than the damn restaraunts..

I need to start making it at home. What I want to know is what is that brown sauce they stick over rolls sometimes?

If I could make my own sushi I'd be about $120 a week richer.

eh, i'd still rather go out to the restaurant. i got one of them "how to make sushi" books a while ago. I like to cook, but some things are just better left to the professionals :)

I don't think there's somebody here at the house ever dared making a homemade sushi.

I'm hosting a X-Mas Sushi party for a combination of my Seattle staff and my father's staff from his denist practice.

It was just something I tried a few years back and its actually pretty fun. Now i must say...i'm pretty darn good at it :thumbsup

I don't trust myself with raw fish very much. Better leave it to people who know what they are doing

That's awsome, sushi is my favorite food.

I have made some smaked salmon rolls but not close to my favorite places around OC.

Too bad though, if it wa easier I would be able to eat my favorite food more.

My favorite is the drgon roll.

tuna, salmon, avacodo, red sauce, some other stuff too but don't know the names.

I hated the thought of sushi when first heard of it. But after I went to a suhi bar, I was addicted.

I don't really enjoy sushi much ... I've made my own on couple occasions ... with family mostly ... was pretty cool... not really hard at all

And way worse for your health . Sushi is pretty damn good food for somebody that takes care of what they eat

the quaility is amazing and the only one i like that they don't serve is fugu.
