Yes, however adult webmaster experience is very helpful. We are looking for a person that knows a lot about this industry.

Well I'm sure someone who isn't Wishy Washy and has some balls. That can prove they would be an asset to the company would be considered. Affiliate managers have to be able to put themselves out there (requires a spine)
