Which country? Why do we need to call? Or is this the latest spam email you received?

Triple 6 11-03-2005 09:47 AM

US only.

if you processed Visa/MC between 1992 - 2003 (online/offline, doesnt matter)

this is not spam mail i got.

Basically, im working with the company that is processing these refunds. Each merchants situation may be different so CALL ME if you processed Visa/MC between 2003 (without 3rd party=you had your OWN merchant ID #)

No gain for me, but it's good that's happening..

But why would people have to call you? Woudln't there be a website with information or a number to call specifically? Are you that person? Otherwise I don't see why you're not just giving the information out.. if people aren't elgible, then it'll be found that they aren't..

Any links to this info?

I used v/mc offline during those years for another business. Have not heard anything about this.

The company I am with, Class Action Refund, is processing claims for this settlement. More info about us, the Visa/MC settlement, and to view settlement checks we have secured for many different companies can be found at http://classactionrefund.com

What we do is make sure your company is getting a proper refund. We do all the filing and necessary paperwork to get you the maximum refund possible. Its like doing your taxes. YES you can file all by yourself. Would you enjoy filing for 11 years worth of overages, PER location/merchant account? Or would you rather have someone experienced in the filing procedures, someone that knows how to substantiate your claim and get you the maximum refund, just as a tax accountant would do for your tax return? Plus, half of those that file on their own either get their claim significantly reduced or rejected all together because of improper filing. Why take that chance?

DEADLINE to file is Nov. 28th!

Not all refund situations are the same, thats why merchants should call me ASAP. Either reach me at 914-723-6700 ext 184 or email me, dguzzi AT classactionrefund.com
