you will recieve 1 entry into the hat for EVERY (2) two webmaster that you refer to our program that sign up and send at least 500 uniques of traffic to us.( in order to qualify them as real referals)
all referals must contact us individually to insure you are credited with referring them. ( we must verify with them that YOU sent them)
