Seems like one mod will ban then 2 minutes later another will unban.... the mods have to get it together

Like I mentioned last night, the banning situation seems to be a total joke anymore. I don't even know what Brad was doing, guess I'll look around. Man I miss the days where people would fuck with each other for days and weeks on end. Pure entertainment.

its the rookies that are having the problems

they dont know the history behind people, see something and think they need to take action

When somebody with any sort of name at all got banned it was a HUGE deal, because it didn't happen much. Man I feel like such a retard referencing the "old days of GFY", but its true. Like yesterday when Ramos said he banned Rob for the night... 2 minutes later Texas unbanned him saying he shouldn't be banned.

You think that is going to change the way they post. People are getting banned for fucking bullshit now. I miss Amp pissing with someone and then deciding if the person should be banned or not. Alot of the time they would have a pissing match and everything would be fine. Now you sneeze at the wrong person and you have to go sit in the corner for a few hours like you are in pre school.

The only 'new mods' on the board are Ramos (whos been a mod since he started) and Texas Dreams who was hired to be a admin of GFY.

I recall most of the board kissing Ramo's ass during his ambush, defending him saying he's no rookie, but yet here you are calling him a rookie a week later.

Texas Dreams, well yeah he may be new to adult.com but he's not new to the business.

No, his friends were snuggling with him. I don't know the guy. Though I will say I found it pretty funny when TD revoked the banning he dished out. I don't think Ramos should have banned anyone, but I don't necessarily think TD should have revoked his decision either. It looks as if people are making decisions on a whim.

Since this thread is still going let me be clear, I did not ban anyone, including BradM.

Typically if someone's getting funky (breaking the rules) I just close the thread. On occasion I'll even hit them up on ICQ (as some of you know) and ask tactfully that they chill. Only in a worst case scenario is banning even considered by me - but it is still rare. Since last year I can probably count on one hand the people I personally have banned. Everything I do regarding the board I then email the rest of the admins/mods. That way if they disagree they're free to challenge my decision (also rare). Having said that I can only speak for myself. I am almost always available to talk to about issues like this (again as some of you know). So contact me if you have any more questions. :pimp
