Happy " Day of the Dead " ?
 

Ok i was just browsing through my desk calendar and noticed it said for today Nov 2, 2005 " Day of the Dead " ? What in the world is that? Anyone know?

Its some mexician holiday to honor the dead.

The Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos, Día de los Difuntos or, simply, Día de Muertos in Spanish) is a Mexican celebration of the memory of deceased ancestors.

It's celebrate it mostly in Mexico but other latin countries celebrate too or at least takes flowers to the cementary.

We have all Sain'ts day & All Soul's day.

Damn I got all excited for a minute. I thought someone was going to tell me that there is a remastered or special edition widescreen version of Day of The Day by George Romero out...

yes its all Saints Day on Nov 1 here in the US...

Nov 2 is when Roman Catholics celebrate All Souls' Day. In some countries, they go to cemeteries to visit their dead loved ones.

Exactly. In our country it is a day when all the family members meet at the graves of parents (friends ...) to lay flowers and light candles.
