How can I change wire info at ccbill?
 

I trired to change my wire transfer info at ccbill, but I got a lot of trouble when I change things there. They seems don't know what they are doing.

1. First, I asked them if I can transfer payment to a bank account which is not the same as the company name and account holder. They said I can transfer payment to any account. All I need is fill in the name/address change form and state that I need to change wire info in the form. I did it.

2. The account specialist said if I want to change wire info, I need to fill in the wire change form. Oh sorry, I asked you guys a lot of time which form I should fill in.

3. I submit the wire chagne form, they said, jpeg format is not accepted, it must be in pdf format. OK, I let them to download the pdf file. And they said sorry, for security reason, you must fax to us. Oh, did you said that in the form I can email you??

4. Another support guy email me I can attach the file to them but not download.

I just ask ask a simple question, and their answer different from differnet supports. And their policy to accpet change form is not really the same. Who should I follow? Is it really hard to change such a information? I really don't know.
