How often does someone attempt to access

...your Pay Pal account? Recently someone from Rumania attempted to access my account. Pay Pal would not let me use my account...until I called them and set matters straight.

How did you know?

All the security notices I've recieved regarding my paypal account have been bogus, from scammers trying to get people to reveal their login info by using surreptitious methods. One telltale sure sign of the "Paypal security request" being bogus is that they always start with "Dear Paypal user"

Official paypal correspondences will always address you by your real name, the name you put on your account, not "dear user"

I'm not saying this is what happened to you, I'm just saying every single so-called "report" like this that I've received have been 100% bogus.
