Tracking down an IP Number
 

Anyone here know how to track who owns a site or what ISP a site uses based solely on their IP number?

I don't know, that's what I'm trying to figure out. Is there some sort of online directory of IP # assignments traceable to ISPs?

Try nslookup,

it will give you the nameservers, and you can follow it from there...
