Webair and their wonderful support
 

Had a problem with my webair hosted sites earlier today so I opened a support ticket. Within 1 hour the problem was 100% solved. I was very impressed with this speedy response considering its the middle of the night where they are.

Mike and the guys over at Webair are good people for sure. I had an issue a few months ago and Mike himself came to me and personally took care of it...just like any real business owner would. I couldn't be happier with them actually and won't use anyone else.

make sure you sign up for backsup with webair that is =))

I'm still waiting for your address to donate some harddisks.
Maybe that way you'll afford to make backups without asking
extra money.

Good for you. We tried them, and took them a week on one ticket, and the other was never done. So we left.

Hosts charge for services, just like webmasters do for access ...

I have clients that want back-ups and will pay for them, some don't.
