i can still show up and hit 140 with no real problem first game, then maybe 180s warm.

About 120. I suck real fucking bad at 10 pin bowling, even my girlfriend can whip my ass, and she's like 100lbs. :(

My highest was 244 and of couse I didn't roll that on league night... it was practice

180 was my best, I average 125-140 on the rare occasions that I play.

297 was my highest, & never got close again, now my league average is 225, my open bowling average is about 237
