must do raid, must have been around at least 3 years and either in us/canada or hk/sg area and their site cant be one of those templates everyone seems to be using.

What are you talking about? I have used them since 1999 and they have been great, I can't even remember the last time my server was down.

Anytime I have ever put in a ticket for any support I get a responce within an hour and now with the live chat it's within minutes. I couldn't be any happier with the service they provide.

don't get me wrong...anyone that would or wouldnt use a host based off 1 person's experience needs to get their head checked. The list of hosts I won't use is rather large, all based off my own personal experience and what I think shouldn't have any effect on anyone else choosing a host. Sorry if it seemed like a bash at RH - it's not.

I don't know what this bashing of reliablehosting is coming from. I have used these guys for over 5 years now and have never known them to be anything but reliable. Their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and they readily take on complicated hosting setups at no extra charge. Over the years I've had more than one occasion to request urgent assistance, and they have always come through. I've turned many contacts on to these guys, and I have never known them to piss off a client. I have known them to stand their ground and not get walked on by irate uneducated morons, but never to take advantage or to fail on their promises. So where does that leave you standing?

I know a few guys who run very successful programs and large sites on Reliable Hosting. They say just the opposite... always up, great service and fast.

Personally I have had problems with designers or other hosts in the past, and I come to the boards only to find out I was the only one and the rest of the industry swore by them. I'm convinced there is an internet black hole that we sometimes fall in. :helpme

We've used Reliable for years and have had excellent experiences with them. DWB was right in saying that the internet must be some black hole with certain experiences being so varied.

Anytime we've had an issue or question for Reliable, tech support has ALWAYS been there for us. 24/7. They're always informed and we always get answers. None of that 'I dunno, must be a glitch' or 'I'll have to get back with you.' Gavin especially is awesome, but everyone's always on top of the game.

We've had sites hosted with them for over 5 years and experienced almost zero downtime. I've even seen them go above and beyond helping out new webmaster get their sites rolling, doing things no one else would do.
