Do you know if tgp2server.com is good and honest

They offer free hosting and paid hosting at 99 cents per giga and you only pay what you use!!!

Do any of you use it or can you please check and let me know i´m very interesed on their 99 cents per giga, and they tell that you only pay what you use...
