Why do people say they are too busy to exercise?
 

I hear this alot from many people. They say they have no time to exercise because they work and have kids. How hard is it to buy a $90 stationary bike and use it while you watch tv each night? fucking lazy ass bitches

yeah laziness..

they just don't want to make time. Instead of waiting in their cars to get mcdonalds every morning they should go on a quick run around the block before they know it they'll lose 20 pounds.

I guess it's because people work a lot thye don't have time to exercise anymore..or maybe they're just too lazy to move their fat ass

If you have time to take a shower you have time to exercise.

That's not true... The problem is I don't have time to take a shower AND exercise... So I opt to take the shower and say fuck the exercise.

Its all about technology. Technology has made everyone way to confortable and lazy. Most people including myself have forgotten what real work is and so exercise takes a back burner because its too harder to do then playing on the computer or using the remote to change the TV station or whatever

But yes its laziness I am sure on my part. Thankfully I have a slim build :)

Put the exercise bike in the shower.

Who has the time for watching TV lol .. The most boring shit nowadays...
I cant remember when I switched this box on last time...
I use bike instead of the car, my car is parked 2 km from the house hehe...
