Anyone have a definitive answer? Are bare breasts exempt from 2257? I want to be totally sure before I have softcore samples on my site.

The way I read it was like this:

As long as the bare breasts didn't come originally from a hardcore shot...then it's ok. But then again, talking to a lawyer and having them fully explain the rules may be your best option.

Yes, tits are exempt from 2257... do a search for cornell law 2257 and read it yourself. It doesn't take a lawyer to understand, it's pretty straight forward.

Non-sexual nudity is exempt. So it's not that certain body parts are and are not exempt. Full frontals can be exempt.

You have to look at the contents of the work as a whole. I think everyone knows explicit erotica when they see it.

I would just wait to see what they rule on in reguards to 2257 before you add more stuff to your site.
