SE's disregard those metas. Keep keywords and description. Use a robots file in hopes that they will ignore the files you want them to. They won't always abide by your robots rules though.

Metatags are overated and not of much use nowdays, but it isn't bad to include them anyway.

The description for example gets used in some SEs as the site description.

A page with meta's like that brings around 5,000 google hits aday. Dont tell anyone :warning

you still get points from SE's for using them, so it always helps to include your Meta tags as well as Robots.txt.

SEs *may* use them in your description in the SERPs (results pages)
