flash experts PLEASE help!
 

what I am trying to do is embed a flash file into another flash file

For example, I'm doing a website in flash and when one of the buttons on the menu is clicked I want to load another flash file in a different scene of the original so I don't have to preload the entire site at once, rather just in sections. Can any of you flash experts direct me to a tutorial or tell me the action/command I need to include?

for instance if I click on "Contact" I want it to load a contact.swf inside the existing flash file. Is that possible? Please help!
