I don't know about that one but the shavenferret tgp submitter has a decent reputation.

Ohh.. fixed now. Stupid of me, i CAN write a fully automated submitter, with scheduling, credits system, public submitting, autoconfirmer and a fucking windows client.

I cannot write sigs ... sorry m8
