what to do with non US/Can/UK...traffic
 

my regular sponser pays on US/Can/UK/Germany/Austrailia traffic...I can geo-target and wanna send all the other stuff elsewhere, I know its not the best traffic but right now I'm getting nothing for it and have lots

If they are still credit card holding surfers (but from different countries), I send to iFriends. They seem to be able to process any country, but credit cards only.

try to send this traffic to some portal page with links to other sponsors which are avaible for international traffic. try put site thumbnails, descriptions etc at this portal.
