Its about one of my competition who is posting false information about one of my mainstream sites and If I could save some $$$ if some1 inhere just had that kinda letter laying around I would be very happy

Regarding the question, though... Yeah it would be better to have your lawyer to do it.

I don't know of any webmasters who write legal notices, sorry. Perhaps, though, you can direct me to a lawyer who offers competitive hosting prices with little or no downtime.
