First of all, it's not a real talkshow, just a funny clip.. (and not even the full clip)

He's laughing about the way the guy is talking, but you really should watch (and understand) the full clip to find it even remotely funny

Looks like some Belgium talkshow

It's a belgium tv program. They are talking about a serious subject, the woman is disabled, and he starts laughing about the voice of the man. No, that's not a normal Dutch voice :upsidedow

True it's belgian... but it's not a REAL talkshow, just some comedy stuff

even without translation its already hilarious. I can imagine if I understood what they're saying

Its belgian - jambers voice is better though lol. The man had a sex change (Wasn't suppose to happen). Atleast, I believe thats the situation. And the man asking the question at the end has like damaged vocal cords. I may be mistaken though.
