Star Wars Battlefront II game...Anyone up on it?
 

I got the demo but wasn't impressed. Now every kid and their jedi master is screamin' at their mother to buy it soon as it hits the stores. From what I'm reading you can do anything in this game except take a shit.

You can play as many Star Wars characters, free roam, fly any starships, kick any ass, land inside other starships and fuck them up from inside out.

The fun never ends...

Some Star Wars games are fun I agree, some are a pain in the ass.

I've had it for about a week now. It's a great improvement over the first game, and is a lot more fun than the XBox version of Battlefield 2 which just came out as well.

Havent seen it yet, but it sounds cool.

I'll have to check it out, i thought the first was pretty weak.

Battlefront 1 was very disappointing. Play 1 map and 1 scenario and you've played them all. I played hard difficulty and still ended up smashing the hell out of the other team.

Ahh I see, I stopped the whole downloading games about 3 years ago. Was really into it back in the day. Whats with the talk of PS3 delayed until 07? Any truth to that? If so I will def grab a xbox since I can't wait that long and be stuck playing PS2 till then.

9 out of 10 games released are crap these days. I play a level or two and if it warrants a purchase, I pick one up. Gotta show some support for those who care about producing quality titles.

To me, the PS3 is just hype. There's nothing there yet and developers aren't too happy with what they're getting in the way of development tools.

They're shooting for late spring, early summer release for Japan. That would put a US release around this time next year.

Who knows. Just means more games for me to waste time with.

No kidding? How is it in detail? Can you actually play as many characters? Is the action fluid? Do you get to blow up the Death Star???? What happens?

the video game sounds more cool than the movie.
