Plenty of us are in Seattle, but i don't know about Skagit valley. That's a bit north of Seattle, probably 40 minutes no traffic, and an hour + with traffic.

The SC crew is in Renton, and DormAngels (Brett) is in Seattle.

Then a bunch of other companies and webmasters around too.
