7. Decision

Accordingly, under paragraphs 4(i) of the Policy and 15 of the Rules, the Panel now grants the relief sought by the Complainant.

The disputed domain name, <homegrownwhores.com>, is ordered transferred to the Complainant.

I have been wanting to do biz with you for a while btw but apparently Ira Rothkin has told you to avoid us which is really unfortunate.

I hope one day that will change and you and everyone else whose blacklist we are on realizes that we just a bunch of decent hardworking chaps with no axe to grind.

lol, yes indeed... I just made sure to pick up www.homegrownloveshalcyonandtassy.com as well.

I worked on trying to find a fair resolution but when my efforts were clearly rebuked then we turned it over to one of our attorneys. It was less costly than what Chris South wanted to charge us for the domain but more than we should have had to pay in a perfect world.

Oh well... the cost of protecting our trademark is just a cost of doing biz any way you slice it.
