UCJ outgoing settings @ tricks

Basically my problem is keeping less productive trades going. Other than forcing to them.

For example, you have many high productivity trades, but there a few which are somewhat lower. Some of the lower ones are very large sites which can send lots more traffic than the higher ones, so you want to keep them going good.

If you set the lower ones on ratio, then they hog the top of your outgoing list and your high productivity trades suffer.

Am I making sense?

Well, I think there is an answer in the outgoing settings, but I'm not sure what it is.

Anyone? :Graucho

Why do you want to reward unproductive trades? That is not a good idea.

Of course, you might need to change your layout. It's amazing what changing things around can do.

Outgoing settings, and forcing traffc, have nothing to do with your incoming traffic's productivity. There is no simple trick to make a site grow. You can't return hits to trades if the traffic they send you doesn't click around.

UCJ isn't sending to them cos they are useless trades.

If you are determined to keep them then maybe change your layout a little to suit the other sites.

ucj gives a bonus on produtive trades, but say you send 1000 hits to a ucj site and the quality is only so-so.

The script would at least return 1000 back right?

Depends on the site. If the site is productive, and returns good hits out to trades, then it will probably return even on about break even prod. But if the incoming traffic's prod sucks donkey dick, UCJ is going to send hits to other trades. It rewards productive trades, and automatically throttles down shitty trades.

Of course, if you have that trade set to "Ratio", you are telling UCJ to ignore it's own powerful built in prod based trading features, and you are locking in a return ratio, regardless of how shitty the incoming traffic is.

Steve - all my trades are returning me pretty much what I send in.
Most are returning Higher! :thumbsup

There is 1 website though that is returning very little.
Sliderpost.com <------- This guy!

One of my sites is sending 638 hits & got back 297
Another send 515 and got back 212

Would this mean my traffic at that site is doing jack, so the script isn't returning much?
Would you recommend I drop the trade?

1)Slider has always had good traffic. Not just for trading, but submitting, too.

2)"One of my sites is sending 638 hits & got back 297
Another send 515 and got back 212"

so, a site sent you 515, and you return 212?
Dude, your site needs an overhaul. You will never grow like that. If a site sends you 515, you need to return at least 700. Out of the 700, he "might" track 600 (and I bet his stats show he sent YOU over 700).

Again, you need to make a site that surfers click on. If your site has weak prod, you will never grow, because you wont be able to trade.

Yeah this is concerning me too...Tomkat sends out super high productive traffic...like 300 to 400% no shit...an I can't seem to find ANY trades that even approach 30% everyone hovers around 3-15%...they all send me tons of traffic cause they like my traffic but its worthless cause I get shit for clicks...can anyone suggest a list of highly productive sites? Anyone got good traffic to trade with DOPE traffic?

thanks guys ,,, any other good tips.. i think this topic benefits all of us

What I used to do was kick up my settings in UCJ for the lower rates about 10% higher.

But if you consistently see low trades from that site, it's time to go. I generally found cheating was a part of it. Not saying anyone is.
