they are scams??? i sent 2 times email and i don't get any answer...

Because people dont answer emails or dare I say it receive your emails, it doesnt automatically qualify them as a scam.

it seems all of that is in the TOS when you sign up for a company... try readin perhaps.

Johnyplex, we take support and service very seriously. However, just like any business there are times during the day when a response will take a little longer to get.

We handle all inquiries with the same level of care and each is important to us.

I understand how frustrating customer service inquiries can be.

I'm dealing with my old cell phone carrier on some charges which should not be there. I expect immediate answers too, but they have a schedule and a process and I accept that. So far they have been diligent in helping me, even though it hasnt' been to my schedule. Sometimes you have to give a little leeway to others.

That said, thanks to all who have supported us in this thread, we do care very much about each and every one of our affiliates.

Email is a terrible form of comunication, doesnt get there 100 percent of the time.

Even more frustrating depending on the quality of the customers where 85% do no biz, but consume 99% of customer service resources. :winkwink:

They arent a scam

They do a pretty damn good job of spamming the SEs :D

eroticy is a top notch company that pays on time and is great to be a part of.

just because they dont answer you email dont mean they scams
