And the customer support keeps sending me bot-like replies. They don't even answer my questions or help me out.

Do you guys have an e-mail/ICQ of a non-machine customer support at epassporte, who can help me out. I'm seriously tired of even trying to communicate with the normal customer support ([email protected]).

That's what I meant:) When you email them, you get some stupid ass reply, or no reply at all :S It's a shame, because the system itself, and the usuability is great
