huh? strange question. are you masturbating while you are doing this? sounds like there is more to the story.

CuriousToyBoy 10-31-2005 12:11 AM

Scott.

Fine as long as you do it at the door and don't invite them in.

Such a shame there is so much paranoia (even if deserved) thesedays.

All the fun of being a kids is lost....

Give out bucketloads dude, let 'em enjoy themselves !!!

;-)

I have never seen a lil tacker dresses up, and I never dressed up, am I missing out?
Can someone with kids post some pics or send me some so I can see what its all about...lol

quiet 10-31-2005 12:16 AM

my old live-in gf (common-law) always did. living alone, i don't usually bother... don't see anything wrong with it though.

kids go door to door asking for candy. why would it matter if you have kids or not to open the door and give them candy? your head is in a dark place... not mine.

no problem with handing out candy with no kids. I do it. Why would there be? if they come knocking then give them some candy.

fuck you

you must have some idea of why it wouldn't be since you highlighted the word "RIGHT". why wouldn't it be "right"? what exactly are you alluding to that you feel might be worth discussing?

iwantchixx 10-31-2005 02:35 AM

Why not? Just because you dont have kids doesnt mean you cant participate in a community event! :)

I just had 5 (yes FIVE) 13-14 year old girls in mini skirts (I thought they must have been dressed up to look like sluts) knock on my door and go "Trick or treat". I was pretty surprised. I thought it was for *little* kids. One feels a bit silly handing out lollies to (look-a-like) hookers. :upsidedow

Mutt 10-31-2005 02:42 AM

this isn't 1965 - there are single adults living on every street - divorced people, never married people, gay people. why would it be strange for a single man or single woman to give out candy?

i do remember growing up in a small city and even a childless married couple were to be suspicious of - we had one of those on our street and the hausfraus would gossip about it. what a joke. and single men were surely gay or pedophiles and single woman were 'spinsters'.

bigdog 10-31-2005 02:43 AM

Never did any real trickortreating as a kid, parents didn't want me taking candy from strangers.

xlogger 10-31-2005 02:59 AM

My brother is 13, i bought him costume and fucking eggs today!

NO JOKE!! :1orglaugh

DutchTeenCash 10-31-2005 03:03 AM

cant see why not if youre there to just hand out candy then whats wrong

You nailed it. I remember the days when I had a full sized paper grocery bag full of candy! We would walk the neighborhood for hours.

Definately hand out the goods and have a blast doing it!

adder 10-31-2005 03:17 AM

Kill em all

I think, here's what you should do:
1. Dress up your house with black ribbons;
2. Buy some candies;
3. Buy some poison;
4. Dip ya candies in da poison;
5. Call out for some kids;
6. Give em poisoned candies!

[adder says no-one should recreate this scenario in real life!] :banana

I live in Australia, not many jump on Halloween here, and I just took the ex-g/f's kids (might as well be mine) for a wander... 5 year old Nathan dressed as Batman (cape and mask and all) and 9 year old Maddy (who initially didn't want to go - "It's SOOOOOOO embarrasing") dressed as a fairy....

The looks on people's faces when the kids (especially Nate) screamed "Trick or Treat !!" was fucking priceless.

Only ***2*** houses in the 3 streets we covered were prepared, but the kid got a motza becase so few kids were doing it !!

Had to come home TWICE to empty their backpacks.

People who weren't prepared were throwing in all sorts of shit - money (Maddy and Nate both ended up with $12), large blocks of chocolate to share, packets of chocolate cookies, packets of lollies, and one lady even gave them a family size bucket of ice cream !!!!

Fucking hilarious.

Kids will bouncing off the walls for days on end with all the sugar.

He he

:thumbsup

Isnt children coming to your door on Halloween....Trespassing? They basically force there way in the house and thats a felony.

You can shoot them and be found not guilty if you yell "freeze" first.

If you enjoy doing stuff for other folks, them do it.
there is nothing wrong with it at all.
Just don't let them in.
I do it even when My kids are at thier mom's for halloween.

Q: Why don't witches wear panties?

A: So they get a better grip on their brooms.

Phoenix 10-31-2005 07:20 AM

give out lots...get some cream soda and give that out as well...getting pop was one of my favourite things

emmanuelle 10-31-2005 07:32 AM

it's neighbourly

sherie 10-31-2005 07:55 AM

Is it right? It's your duty to hand out candy :) When I lived in my house I would always hand out candy. I sort of miss it now that I'm in a condo, but they have table set up downstairs and I just contribute to that. Besides, (most) people do not know whether you have kids or not lol.

RockDaddy 10-31-2005 08:14 AM

Of course it's right. Kid knocks on door and says "trick or treat", you put some candy in the bag, they say thank you and walk away. Not much more to it.

BUT GIVE THE KIDS GOOD CANDY!
Not them little dum dum lolipops

gornyhuy 10-31-2005 08:31 AM

Of course.... Get in the spirit you grumpy troll bastard.

Ross 10-31-2005 08:35 AM

I don't have any candy at all in my house. I'm just gonna go out tonight. Fuck them. The kids around here are fuck nuts anyway!

Hahah I was going to add that in and decided not to. I hated it when people gave out those toffee like nasty candies that were wraped in that halloween paper and rocket candy...just HATED it. I always do yummy chocolate bars and other cool candy.

Danny_C 10-31-2005 08:46 AM

I don't understand the question, either. You still haven't explained what could possibly be wrong about it.

I love handing out candy at Halloween. :)

potter 10-31-2005 12:09 PM

I also think it's wrong to take a taxi if you've never driven a car, or look at porn if you've never had sex, or use the internet if you don't own a website, read a book if you've never had one published..

Oh the list goes on and on.. So many things wrong in the world.

MetaMan 10-31-2005 12:11 PM

uh are you thinking about the kids in some weird way?

why on earth wouldnt it be RIGHT unless you werent a total pervert that couldnt control themselves around children?

shut up.
