Look again. Like many, it is obvious that he shaves his head to hide the MPB.

MPB is not COMPLETELY bald. Most men that are completely bald suffer from MPB and choose to go with the complete bald look. Generally the people that are completely bald are either self-shaved or Kemo patients. :2 cents:

Tim can grow very little hair ... less then the pic above .. he's been doing the bald thing for about 4 years i think ...maybe more ....
