Building a computer, need suggestions.

Can anyone help me find a good motherboard to go with a athlon 64 3800? I want to built a very good system for gaming, and to do whatever i want.

Would you guys recommend 2 sticks of 512mb or 1 stick of 1gig?

Gigabyte or asus?

Can you tell me the best gigabyte board? One for around 100-200 for a motherboard.

I'm using an MSI K8N Diamond in my gaming machine, it's a great mobo. Go with PCIe for graphics and I'd also say use 2 x 1GB ram modules.

And if you want fast loading times get a 74GB raptor.

Actually I would recommend 2gigs... why save when you want the best and Rams are so cheap?

Go with a 500w power supply. 2G of ram, ATA hard drives. fast chip, nice motherboard. Big case with extra fans. My home built computers are sweet and never give me problems.
