How many of you receive emails from members saying...
 

"What is my password"
or
"I forgot my login"

...and there's ZERO extra information on who the fuck they are?

Most of mine seem to come from AOL, and usually their email doesn't match any valid account in the system, so I have to email them back and ask for more info. Ho hum

Often I can only find them in the sales list, and their membership expired 3 months ago.

common problem indeed. also lots of emails from idiots that do not know the meaning of your login is CasE SenSItiVe !!

I get those all the time from GFY members too!

I guess webmasters aren't much better.

yeah we used to get that shit alot and sometimes just

Since we go our ticket desk up n running its much less of a problem :thumbsup

For a site with 300+ videos on it, I'll get emails like this:

"Do you have more videos of that blonde girl"

I get all kinds of stupid email about some of the software I have out there. The best one by far was the one that said:

"I pressed the button and it didn't work."

That was the whole fucking email. No idea at all what program he was using, what he was even talking about. So I wrote him back and said:

"Press the other one."

"How can I download that website to my computer?"

you get the email "hey man, my password hasn't been working for the last few days, can you help me?"

and you go to look it up and the dipshit cancelled his membership a week or two back and it's since expired

i get all of those and more, my favorite is the ones that combine all of the above, and say something like
"Your site doesn't work, and if I don't get refunded in one hour I'm charging back and calling the authorities."

Oh yeah I love the ones who threaten to call the authorities when it's their own dumb shit fault whatever it is that the problem is.

Sad thing is, although I'm fucking hitting my desk with my fist when I get these, I'm the nicest damn guy in the world when I email them back. I take full responsibility and help them out in every way possible (with the exception of the story I told earlier, lol). Business is business, but damn people like that annoy the hell out of me.

Yeah it sucks that you have be as sweet as pie when most of the time they are just plain stupid! But the "Customer is always right"
