i wouldnt best thing to do is boil it, and then make a side of butter and eat the little parts of it with the butter then when you get to the heart dip that in butter and yum yum

Just make sure you put it in a metal container first.

Or just wrap it in a ball of tinfoil.

On a side note, it is one of the better methods of cooking the artichoke.

microwave's are evil and should not be used for cooking.

they ruin food.

you can re heat with them, but leave it to that.


if i were you? i would get some nice extrea virgin olive oil, some fresh garlic, and sautee those artichokes in that.
