what's the deal with this girl, is she hot or not?
 

My partner made a post about this before but it got 2 replies. IF you can spare 30 seconds please go here http://www.imsolos.com/joinpage.html and take a look at the girl on the left. Is she cute? is she ugly?

If you think she is ugly, one theory is that members will expect to see more average girls and some ugly ones in the members area and they won't cancel as much... is that really a good theory? or should she be replaced with a hot model for more initial signups?

IMO, the content used in the tour/join pages & promo material should match whats in the members area. Initial sign ups might get you some quick bucks, but members who retain because they got what they wanted will generate a steady, reliable income & provide growth opportunity.

if the members area content is similar to her, then keep it.
If you put a smoking hot model to generate initial signups & there's no smoking hot models in the members area,you could end up with chargebacks. just my :2 cents:

BTW, content in members area I would say are 50% hot girls, 50% mix of average and ok girls
