Okay, normally I don't bring this shit to gfy but no one can seem to help me.

My mom cheated on my dad. If my dad found this out he would be completely devestated and I am not sure if he would kill the guy (seriously) or have a total breakdown.

However I think he deserves to know.
Should I tell him myself, or force my mom to tell him herself?

If you tell your mom or dad, your sister would probably get mad at you for saying what she told you privately. Then your mother would be mad at your sister for telling you the secret and mad at you for telling your father. Then your father would get mad at your mother and this other guy. Basically creating a family civil war.

It could be that at some level he already knows. Sometimes it is like that, and a person can rationalize things to themselves to be able to deal. But once they know another person has knowledge of the infidelity, it can push them to take an action they might not have otherwise.

Trust relationships broke beteen Dad/Mom, Mother/Daughter and Sister/Brother. This could be a signal of something wrong or just life. You really haven't provided enough information.
