money most of the time but funds is a big motivator for me as well as cash

not enough money coming in - work harder
a good amount of money coming in - work harder to make even more
way too much money coming in - invest and work harder

having really short-term goals is very important to me...goals i can finish in a weekend or even one day....i basically take a big project and break it down into several small goals. doing this usually makes me accomplish the big goal....when i don't do this the big goals usually lingers for quite awhile.
