Way to make epass support better.
I really like epass. We bitch a lot about support however it does take $ to train that staff. I wont mind if they charged $0.50 per transwer. I say use that extra $0.25 they make to better train the support staff.
What do you think? Edit: Fuck it should say "way to make"..not "way to wake"! |
i have never seen good support anywhere, they are always clueless idiots. Smart guys/girls have better job oppurtunites

I just did a epass > paypal transwer. $200 - epass charged $0.25, while paypal charged $8.40. Paypal support is great and epass transfer $ is low. We cant have both, so thats why i saw increase the fee.

Once you get all set up, you do not need their support so my vote is leave the fees low.
