and then they call you or email you.

Respect! If you don't know, you don't shoot. On that 5th hour of shooting video being easy to work with is what gets them to be as on as they were in the first hour.

I always treat everyone with respect. Female or male talent. I pay them rate, and I'm considerate and always respect limits. That's why they always come back to work with me...and I always get a great scene out of them.

Serious? If you were shooting wedding pics, would ya start off showing the guests disrespect? :winkwink:

Talent are no different to anyone else - treat em like shit and you'll get shit back or maybe a stilletto heel in the groin if it's a bad day.

It's far better having girls prefer to work with you - if it's a bad scenario, word spreads quickly and just makes it harder to find models.

Ok, but I mean REAL respect. I've heard lots of photographers spouting off about how flaky strippers are and how their crack habits screw up their work ethic etc. etc...

Then again, I don't hear ALL of you guys saying that.

By "a lot of photographers" I mean like two or three whose names I can't even remember. :1orglaugh

Ah! :winkwink: I dunno DW - only known two that did a bit of stripping and they were fine. Being strippers don't qualify them as much good for photo/video work tho.

Generally the talent I know of make a biz of it - they are the type of girls you can throw over to a makeup artist/stylist and create whatever look you want outta them for whatever purpose - often hardly recognizable.

On the respect side.. yea, they get "real respect" and a number end up friends. Some have been friends for.. hell, 12 years now, tho they are kinda falling into the MILF category now. :) Despite that, - they still have a fan following and a few have a new part time career anchoring "naughty" channel TV shows and still do a few shoots.

Sure there are going to be some talent that are way out and on something, - it may be better to avoid possible hassle and not use em. "Normal people" are better! :winkwink:

You definitly gotta tell people with respect ... be carefull thought, because a minority of models fuck it all up for the "legit" ones

Personally as a porn slut... I don't give a shit if the entire film crew respects me or not. I don't give a shit if I like the person I'm fucking or not. I just close my eyes, play pretend and grab my cash on the way out the door.
