Why are some sites saying the console doesn't launch till the 22nd, if they games are coming out sooner than that?

I was going to hold off till they hacked it, but I think I may pick one up early. COD2 in hi-def should be sweet! Also can't wait for Oblivion.

they are trying to get games out first.. its an odd method but something M$ thinks they can cash in on for some extra revenue for nov

so is it going to be like playstation and reg x box's old games will play or not

It is relased on November 22nd. But if you haven't reserved one you will have troubles getting one because there is a shortage. There is 2 360's coming out one is 299.99 info is at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x...em/default.htm and the other one is 399 and info is at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x...em/default.htm

If you want a 360, here's how to get one.

Step 1 - Call Walmart and findout what time they hand out #'s.
Step 2 - Goto Walmart and get a #
Step 3 - Wait till midnight and hand in your #
Step 4 - leave with 360 and laugh at people the next day who are at best buy at 9am to get one of the 50 they have.
