i dropped a 45 lb plate by accident, you wouldn't think it'd hurt too bad (not like a 100 lb plate), but damn it hurt like a bitch! thankfully it landed on the upper part of my foot and not my toes. :winkwink:

That also happened to me before a few times. Damn right, hurts like hell.
