My views on this playboy party you all trying to get into
 

i posted this in another thread, but here you all go

i just think it is funny that people on here think that the same party they are being invited to is going to be the same caliber event that the playboy mansion is known for....sorry people, this is a "pity" event for the b and c list people that normally would never have a chance to get into a playboy mansion party in the first place

It sounds more like a party for their "webmaster" list of people.

I'm sure they take their online investments seriously and wouldn't classify it as some kind of lower class function event

I am sure it will be great, but not a true playboy vip party. I am sure there will be some eye candy for the webmaster crowd to drool over and plenty of free boze.

A playboy party is a playboy party in my book

just because it wont be filled with celebs and shit like that does not mean you wont have a once in a life time experience

oh, i have no doubt it will be a fun party...in fact, it will probably go down in the webmaster party hall of fame just because of the location, businesses involved and media hype surrouding it

i just don't think it is going to be anywhere near what people are making it to be....haha, i can see it now...a bunch of fat webmasters all sitting the grotto holding their dicks with a "where are all the girls?" pitiful look on their faces...HAHAHAHA

then move to LA......Playboy has parties there all the time...and to be honest, the 3 that I have been to weren't all that great...in fact, i met bill maher for the first time at my first playboy party...and judd nelson and I got drunk and did a panty raid on the girls changing area...that was some fun shit....hahaha

I doubt its one of those "once in a life time experience" type of things, its gonna be a good party and its at a great location but its not something i would cut off my left nut for :1orglaugh

To be its just gonna be another great party at one of the finest locations in so cal but thats about it.

going to his house for a party is something anyone in certain circles in LA can do...in fact, while we lived in LA, my wife was invited twice and asked one of those times to bring me along...we just happened to be going to a shoot in Hawaii that weekend

i don't know man...not many people can say they raided the girls dressing room with Judd Nelson at a Playboy party...haha

Jace you seem to enjoy ripping on the various shows and parties often. You don't even go to the shows and parties, why the "Hatorade"? I haven't even read anything about this party but I'm sure it would be a great time, why put it down?

i ripped on avn shows and parties cause they are a greedy company that doesn't think about webmasters before they think about the dollar...i love most of the other shows though, and I do attend some of them here and there, just not the ones that I think won't be worth the investment

as for this, i just don't think it is right to get people all worked up about something that is probably going to be just an average night out....just at a really famous house

I think this will be a fantastic party and excellent memory for all of those who attend. Congrats to the sponsors and those that ultimately get invited, I am sure you will have an excellent time.

Name ANY party you have been to or that exists , that you already knew about when you were say 15/16 ? Thats what makes it so special. true it wont be the party that you expected but , it will be at the place you expected :)

HAVING FUN! haha...and going without my girl to the playboy mansion would make it completely boring...she is my best friend, and I would hate to leave my best friend out of something that had the potential to be a great time

there will be a good amount of girls. quite a few. what would a playboy party be without just that

Let's see... what do I get by attending the Playboy party?

1. I get to say I've been in the Playboy Mansion.
2. I get to have a hell of a lot of fun with other people in the biz.
3. I get to go to a party that's not SUPER crowded and obnoxiously loud, but still tons of fun.
4. I get to dress up all fancy. (it's a girl thing, I guess)
5. I get to see the Playboy Mansion, which I've only seen on tv before now.

I wouldn't otherwise get this opportunity. Why turn it down? Because if I was a celebrity it would be a "B list" party? Reality check -- I'm not a celebrity and this is the opportunity of a lifetime.

Conclusion: I am SO there.

I would like to go to the Playboy Mansion and party anytime, but I'm sure the Playboy bunnies that have to attend this function are not thinking wow we can't wait to party with a bunch of webmasters. Won't be the same part as with celebs and pro athletes. I'm sure it will be an awsome webmaster event though no doubt.
