The sentence against Leyla M. (20) was released today. The girl was raped by her brother and sold to prostitution at age 8. The girl was jailed and whipped 99 times at age 12 and 14 for getting pregnant and has 3 children today. At age 18 she was arrested, in a brothel own by a 55 year old man she had been sold to. She was sentenced to death and 100 whippings.

The result of internation pressure has led to another sentence released today. 3,5 years in prison and "only" 99 whips, called "mercy from the mullas" ... makes me sick..

I don't know what to say other than support Amnesty and their work!

Id say pave the fucking place over as well, but there are a lot - maybe even the majority - of Muslims that agree with what we are saying here.
