I just tried calling their 24 hour tech support with no answer. Very frustrating to not be able to hit tech support at 11am.

I'm guessing it's a switch because all our stuff is down as is naughty america.

Know what's fuct? Our bandwidth charts are going up. However not a single person from around the world that I've spoken to can hit our site.

The only thing hosted with Jupiter that i've found to be up is GFY.

thanks moose for sharing that with us i own my own server now and i also work for digital providers http://www.digitalproviders.net - i guess you shouldnt be assuming things or judging people to quickly i've been in the hosting biz for over a year at that time i was looking to switch companies

like i always say you should never judge people without knowing them first you never know what you may or may not be missing out on and may not know what they have to offer for you

an apology for what for you trying to make my business like its a kid thats running the show i guess a) i should thank you for congradulating me on owning my own server and b) why the hell would i owe anyone an apology there was 3 ppl that didnt say much at all other then display some emoticons and c) who the hell would hire a guy like you over at phatservers.net i'd be afraid to see what there tech support is like and d) it was two people that replied to your post not everyone else and e) i was just trying to help out everyone else like you should be doing if you really were working for a hosting company seeing that you own a site i guess you'd know what it feels like when a site goes down and u loose in sales
