Certain guns can be owned and used once licenses for that class of weapon is obtained.

it is legal, but ya gotta jump thru some hoops... one thing ya gotta do is pay a class 3 weapon fee, then submit request to local sherriff or chief of police in your jurisdiction, if approved, you then send forms off to the gub-ment.... those who have legally owned fully automatic weapons are THE MOST law abiding citizens you'll ever know of... they havta be.

yeah, i only been once though... i shot a mini-gun at a car from about 75 yards away... it was cool as hell... the show is really awesome... i wanna go back again.
