Kids Raising Money - Bad or Good?
120,000 norwegian kids are today raising $46 each to help in the fight against human traffic. The money raised ($5.5 million) will this year go to fund projects in Brazil. Every 16 year old in Norway is working to raise their $46 and this happens once every year.
Any other countries doing this? To be hounest, when I was 16 I hated to be forced into working to bring in the $46. Fair enough, it brings in the cash, but can we really ask kids to do it? A bit annoying to have kids on the door all the time asking for donations. This charity thing is going on all the time. Last sunday we donated a total of $21.2 million to fight violence again women. I would be happier if the government just donated the cash instead to be hounest. Getting a bit fed up of people knocking on my door every week asking for cash. |

that's all about taxes. higher taxes = more depressions.

I can't stand people knocking on my door asking for money, I do donate directly to many causes though.

we all know for sure that those kids are only being used to raise funds and that is not bad but a helpful one.
|
i would need a donation too :winkwink:

Kids shouldn't be out raising money, they should be in the sweatshops where they belong. Disobedient little fuckers!
