US Dollar Visa - Canada

There used to be a couple of financial institutions in Canada that offered US dollar Visa cards with no service charge.

Of course now that I'm in need of one, I can find the sites. Anyone recall which ones they were?

No service charge? I don't think there are any.

It wasn't one of the big 5, it was something like MBNA.
