We always look for a family friend or family member that we know there past and if they are willing to put the dedication in to get the job done and it works we just hired one of the biz partners cousins. Kids been working his ass off for the past couple of months.

We hire through word or mouth for the most part... I was former talent and asked for this job, our new webmaster was the good buddy of our previous one, our COO is the husband of our CEO, and our videographer answered an ad at film school way back at the start of the company.

look in doorways - late at night - you can find them using yesterday's newspaper as a blanket. don't startle them though - gently nudge them.

I was found wandering the streets of Zurich. Joe took pity on my less than posh appearance and offered me a job.

In all truth, sometimes mouth on mouth works...and sometimes it doesn't. I think it's a crap shoot, since we're all so good at marketing ourselves......I think, hiring, based on performance within a probationary period works well. Numbers don't lie.

I was brought inhouse to a MAJOR program from GFY -- kind of like I used to get a lot of freelance work from GFY...worked both ways
