How fast and often do you forget what you are doing?
 

I can be working on something and turn away, and when turn back 10 seconds later I have completely forgotten what I am doing

i do this at least 3-4 times a day

it's more distractions for me - i'll look at forums for a bit then have NFI what i was upto doing....

i get side tracked as i run about 10 projects..and two companies...it is not easy to stay on track

Happens all the time when overpowered secretaries go like 'Adam dearie, sorry to bother you, but im soooo helpless (bambi eyes)mi didnt receive this very important email, i have a virus i think, please check it for me' Then you find that very important registration email from an online dating site, in deleted items due to an outlook rule....

good thing i have the Post It Software, get to write things instantly

All the time, as soon as I try to remember.

I do that sometimes. Or i'll get sidetracked talking on the phone and I'll forget what I was going to get in the livingroom..stupid shit like that. Happens quite a bit.

Very fast and very often. Because of the internet I can no longer focus for more than a few minutes at a time.

Sometimes I forget to forget

I will do that, and by the time I go to type i forget it

i will have an idea, go to grab a pen to write it down, and will have forgotten it in the time it took to grab a pen

It happens from time to time, maybe once a week or so.

Does putting your shoes in the fridge and going to the hall closet for a beer count?
