It's apparantly a scene from a controversial movie called "Men Behind the Sun." A car gets eaten alive by hundreds of starving rats. Not sure what this experiment was trying to prove, but the video is crazy.

Yes it is. Apparantly in the movie they show a live autopsy too. I am going to try and track down a copy and see what its all about. I'll be sure to report back on my findings.
